New series earth textured paintings

Hi Reader

Taking off from the cave paintings at Altamira in northern Spain, I wanted to create portals for the New Earth energies coming though right now. I painted these heavily with palette knife, pumice laden acrylic paint, willow charcoal, and metallic pigments.

30" x 24" each $2500. on gallery wrap canvas. Available separately.

In finishing these, I floated pigments suspended in water over the surface. As the pigments seeped into the crack and crevices, I watched deeply etched textures emege like soul markings.

Earthy and ethereal, comforting and shimmering.
